Dead Horse Point State Park and Canyonlands National Park are incredibly excited to bring a wonderful weekend of astronomy to Southeast Utah. Join us to explore the cosmos under a sky filled with a rich tapestry of stars.

June 24th

Solar scope viewing @ Canyonlands National Park. Meet at the Island in the Sky Visitor Center at 2pm.
Stargazing @ Dead Horse Point. Meet in the Visitor Center parking lot at 9:30pm.
Stargazing @ Canyonlands National Park. Meet at the Green River Overlook at 9:30pm.

June 25th

Solar scope viewing @ Canyonlands National Park. Meet at the Island in the Sky Visitor Center at 2pm.
Two Star Parties will be held at Dead Horse Point State Park, one in the Visitor Center parking lot and one in the Mountain Bike parking lot.
Please arrive early to the star parties to secure your spot. In the event of a large turnout, groups will be turned away if both parties reach capacity.

Both Star Parties will start at 9:30pm

June 26th

Solar scope viewing @ Canyonlands National Park. Meet at the Island in the Sky Visitor Center at 2pm.
Star Party @ Canyonlands National Park. Meet at the Grandview Point Overlook at 9:30 pm
- Join Rangers at this party to look through telescopes and gaze upon wonders in the heavens.
